Superpolyester model in a variety of colors according to the RAL table

  • Continuous gluing using a two-component polyurethane glue.

  • Two layers of steel sheet 0.5 to 0.8 mm thick, galvanized and painted in an oven 210 g zinc per square meter, paint thickness 27 microns upper and 7 microns lower connecting superpolyester model in a variety of colors according to the RAL table, trapezoidal 5-sided external sheet 5RIB, perforated inner tin at the level of 50% of the perforation area for acoustic absorption.
